Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and supervise overall factory security operations.
Manage Security Supervisors and Guards.
Ensure access control, gate pass verification, and material movement security.
Conduct security inspections and investigate incidents.
Monitor CCTV systems and maintain security documentation.
Coordinate with HR, Compliance, Fire & Safety, and local authorities.
Prepare security reports and conduct security awareness training.
