Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management.
Professional HR qualifications such as PGDHRM, CHRP, or equivalent will be considered an added advantage.
Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in HR, Administration, Compliance, or a related field.
Candidates with experience in Cement Industry, Construction, Real Estate, Steel or Group of Companies will be highly preferred.
Practical experience in labor law compliance, employee relations, HR operations, social compliance audits, and policy management is strongly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS office applications & HR reporting.
Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive organizational matters professionally.
To be good in Bangla & English both writing and speaking.
Responsibilities & Context –
We are looking for a Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager – HR, Admin & Compliance who will lead talent acquisition & Core HR functions as the primary responsibility, while also overseeing essential administrative operations & Compliances requirements.
Responsibilities -
Develop and implement HR strategies covering talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, compliance, and industrial relations.
Manage end-to-end recruitment to meet manpower plans and lead-time targets.
Conduct manpower analysis based on project requirements, workload, and organizational expansion.
Design and update organograms to support workforce planning and restructuring.
Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, personnel files, and HR documentation.
Track recruitment, vacancies, contractual employees, and employee exits.
Coordinate transfers, promotions, confirmations, and departmental movements.
Oversee resignation, clearance, NOC, exit interviews, final settlements, and separation formalities.
Lead HR team members and ensure effective training and development initiatives.
Align training programs with organizational needs and employee growth.
Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
Liaise with regulatory authorities to support organizational compliance initiatives.
Promote confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical HR practices.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, manpower analysis, and recruitment/exit reports.
Draft office orders, memos, circulars, and assist in payroll management.
Collaborate with HODs, Finance, and Administration for effective HR operations
Disciplinary Action & Grievance handling procedure –
Conduct regular visits to BRTA and other concerned organizations to resolve legal formalities such as registration, fitness, tax token, route permits, and police cases.
Maintain updated records of vehicle tax tokens, fitness certificates, and road permits.
Perform transport-related activities including vehicle registration and driver license verification.
Collect, update, and renew all necessary licenses, certifications, and permissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist functional heads in producing, updating, and maintaining HR policies.
Support Executive Council meetings by preparing agendas, minutes, reports, and follow-up actions.
Manage HR databases, attendance, and leave records.
Oversee transportation and other administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.
Provide support in grievance handling and disciplinary actions in line with organizational policies.
