Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on working experience with Jibika Payroll Software is mandatory.
2–5 years of relevant experience in payroll processing, preferably in the Spinning /textile manufacturing industry
Good knowledge of salary structure, overtime calculation, attendance management, and statutory deductions.
Prepare daily attendance report
Prepare daily absenteeism report & submit to factory Management.
Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees, including management, staff, workers, and contractual employees.
Collect, verify, and reconcile attendance, biometric records, overtime, leave, late attendance, and absenteeism data.
Calculate basic salary, allowances, overtime, bonuses, incentives, deductions, and other payroll components accurately.
Ensure payroll is processed within the scheduled timeline and in accordance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Calculate and deduct income tax, provident fund, loan/advance installments, welfare fund, and other authorized deductions.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records and individual salary statements.
Prepare monthly payroll sheets, salary summaries, bank transfer schedules, and management reports.
Coordinate with HR, Admin, Accounts, and Production departments to resolve attendance and salary-related discrepancies.
Verify new employee appointments, resignations, terminations, promotions, increments, transfers, and other changes before payroll processing.
Prepare salary disbursement files and coordinate with banks for timely payment of salaries through bank accounts.
Maintain records of employee bank account information and ensure proper authorization before making any changes.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies, Bangladesh Labour Law, tax regulations, and other applicable requirements.
Maintain payroll records for audit purposes and provide supporting documents during internal and external audits.
Monitor payroll-related advances, loans, deductions, and outstanding balances.
Handle employee queries regarding salary, overtime, deductions, attendance, and other payroll matters.
Ensure strict confidentiality and security of employee salary and personal information.
Update employee records, personal files, and HR database
Any other responsibilities assigned by management.
