Job Context :

• Zam Zam Spinning Mills Limited, a reputable textile company in Bangladesh, is seeking an experienced professional for the position of M.O ELECTRONICS at its spinning mills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic faults in machines such as winding machines, ring frames, blowers, PLC systems, and drives.
• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for all electronic equipment.
• Maintain service records and fault history log for each machine.
• Install, calibrate and repair sensors, transducers, meters, and measurement devices
• Maintain and troubleshoot inverters/VFDs, servo drives, stepper motors, and converters.
• Prevent, identify, and resolve drive faults to avoid production delays.
• Prepare and follow PM (Preventive Maintenance) schedules for electronic systems.
• Coordinate maintenance shutdowns with the Production Department.
• Forecast parts and electronic components needed for spares.

Train junior technicians and machine operators on:

• Basic electrical safety
• Troubleshooting procedures
• Proper handling of electronic equipment
