About the Position
A leading established food processing and export company is seeking experienced Production Managers for daily production maintaining, inventory, store and stock management operations day to day basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high product quality, maintaining strict storage FIFO (First in First Out) system, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Creating better performance on daily food production operations to maintain strict food hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations (HACCP/GMP/BRC) across all production and storage facilities.
Develop and implement production schedules, finished product store and stock management system to meet demand.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure the timely arrival of ingredients and raw materials.
Manage and supervise production staff, providing training and performance feedback.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure product quality and consistency.
Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely export of finished products.
