• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in production management within plush toy or textile manufacturing.

• Proficiency in both English and Korean is required, as the position involves regular communication with overseas buyers and headquarters.

• Experience in overseas manufacturing sites is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and control the overall production plan and manage actual output against the plan.

• Conduct process analysis and manage productivity across all plush toy production lines.

• Manage subcontractors and outsourced processing partners, including delivery, quality and cost control.

• Report production status and performance in English to overseas buyers and headquarters.
