• Proven track record in managing large-scale manufacturing sites and overseas expansion projects.
• Proficiency in both Korean and Chinese is required.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive innovation across the entire production process.
• Identify the issues arising at each stage of production and analyse them together with building structure and layout.
• Determine the optimal direction for the facility by integrating production process requirements with building design and layout.
