• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering field.

1. Develop CNC machining programs for milling and turning operations using CAD/CAM software, ensuring accurate toolpaths and efficient production outcomes.

2. Create and modify 3D CAD models and technical drawings using Mastercam, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or AutoCAD to support manufacturing requirements.

3. Analyze machining processes, tools, materials, and cutting parameters to optimize performance, reduce machining errors, and improve productivity.

4. Interpret engineering drawings and 3D models to prepare accurate CNC machining strategies and achieve required design specifications.

5. Collaborate with Canadian clients and engineering teams to understand project requirements, provide technical support, and deliver quality machining solutions.

6. Simulate and verify CAM toolpaths before production to identify potential issues, minimize machining risks, and ensure error-free CNC operations.

7. Manage remote machining projects independently by maintaining communication, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality CAD/CAM outputs from home.
