Execute the approved sales plan for Google Cloud and Tencent Cloud solutions within assigned accounts and territories so that the company achieves its revenue target while building a stronger base for future market expansion.
Develop new business opportunities with enterprise, SMB and corporate clients by understanding their business challenges and positioning suitable cloud solutions so that qualified prospects gradually move toward confirmed sales.
Manage relationships with existing customers, key decision-makers and business stakeholders so that customer confidence is strengthened, account dependency is reduced and further sales opportunities are created from long-term business relationships.
Prepare client-specific proposals, presentations, pricing inputs and commercial offers based on actual customer requirements so that every sales discussion is supported by clear information and a practical solution approach.
Coordinate with technical, marketing, operations, OEM and partner teams whenever customer support or solution input is required so that client requirements are properly understood before any commitment is made.
Review customer needs, market movement, competitor activity and sales progress on a regular basis so that business decisions are based on real market information rather than assumption.
Support and guide junior sales team members in handling customers, following up on opportunities and improving their sales discipline so that the team becomes more capable and the Manager, Sales gradually develops leadership readiness for a future Head of Sales role.
