Key Responsibilities
🔹 Teaching (Online & On-premises)
Conduct IELTS and English language classes (General English & Communication)
Provide personalized feedback and support to learners
Develop engaging lesson plans for diverse learning styles
🔹 Content Strategy & Curriculum Development
Design IELTS-focused curriculum aligned with latest exam trends
Identify learner needs and define structured learning outcomes
Develop lesson plans, materials, and assessments
🔹 Content Creation & Quality Assurance
Create high-quality learning materials (tests, videos, exercises, etc.)
Ensure content accuracy, engagement, and consistency
Continuously review and improve content quality
🔹 Team Leadership & Innovation
Lead and mentor the content development team
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
Stay updated with IELTS trends and modern teaching technologies
