Responsibilities & Context:

Han Global Pathways is seeking an experienced Senior Counselor to guide students through their international education journey. The selected candidate will provide accurate counselling, manage applications and maintain strong communication with students and guardians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and guardians regarding study-abroad opportunities, courses, institutions, admission requirements, costs, scholarships and career prospects.

• Evaluate students’ academic backgrounds, financial capabilities, preferences and career goals to recommend suitable study options.

• Support students throughout the admission process, including application preparation, document checking and submission.

• Provide guidance regarding visa documentation, interview preparation, pre-departure requirements and post-visa services.

• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing students through phone calls, email, messaging platforms and face-to-face meetings.

• Manage student records, application updates and follow-up activities accurately.

• Coordinate with universities, partner institutions and internal team members to ensure timely application processing.

• Achieve assigned student-enrolment and conversion targets while maintaining professional and ethical counselling standards.

• Participate in education fairs, seminars, promotional events and student-engagement activities.

• Stay updated on admission policies, visa requirements, deadlines and international education trends.
