• Age At least 30 years

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in design, sample development or finishing management within plush toy or textile manufacturing, including manager level experience in leading a team.

• Proficiency in both Korean and Chinese is required, as the position involves daily communication with the Korean headquarters and with Chinese technical staff. Working proficiency in English is also required for buyer correspondence.

• Practical capability in pattern making, sample handling and appearance quality judgement is required.

• Experience in overseas manufacturing sites is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sample development based on buyer artwork, including pattern making, material selection and sample approval.

• Establish and control the finishing process, covering stuffing, closing, trimming, embroidery, face and eye attachment and grooming.

• Set appearance and workmanship standards for each style and supervise final inspection against the approved sample.

• Coordinate design revisions and finishing specifications with overseas buyers and headquarters, and maintain the approval records.

• Train and supervise local design and finishing personnel, and improve line productivity and defect rates.
