1.Conduct vehicle inspection, troubleshooting, and diagnosis.
2.Manage preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance.
3.Oversee day-to-day workshop operations.
4.Ensure fleet reliability and availability.
5.Monitor and control maintenance costs.
6.Ensure technical quality and safety standards.
7.Supervise and monitor workshop mechanics and field mechanics.
8.Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare regular reports.
9.Ensure timely servicing and repair of all vehicles.
