Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree (Certified Fire Safety Professionals preferred).

• 4 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories

• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in the RMG/Garments sector.

• Position may be upper/lower based on skills, competencies, experience & ability of work.

• Computer knowledge in office management is must.

• Able to work under pressure.

• Excellent Communication skill.

• Develop and Implement HSEQ management system according to ISO 45001:2018-MMS standard.

• Ensure overall workplace fire safety and building compliance.

• ​Inspect and maintain fire equipment and hydrant systems daily.

• Perform daily floor visits, ensuring proper use of PPE and compliance checklists.

• Lead emergency evacuation plans and manage firefighting operations when required.

• Assess Risk of each production line and activity of production, engineering & warehouse. Investigate any safety issues, near misses, and accidents to determine their cause and recommend preventive measures.

• Conduct Fire and Electric Shock Drill with proper demonstration.

• Conducted External Safety Audits (RSC and Social) to ensure compliance with safety regulations and good track record.

• Perform Internal Audit, Deep Compliance Audit.

• Develop and update all safety related record, document and register.

• Conduct or direct testing of air quality (dust level), noise and temperature to verify compliance with health and safety regulations. Define PPE matrix and give awareness to all employees. Ensure right signs and symbols on safety are displayed across the units.

• Conduct an adequate program of training for health and safety is established and that the safety culture is encouraged amongst employees. Conduct the fire safety training and monthly evacuation drill.
