Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Graduate from a reputed educational institute with any discipline but Textile or Apparel will be given preference.

• Age At least 29 years

• Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 years of working experience in RMG sector.

Additional Job Requirements

• Work experience from a reputed garment manufacturing company specializing in woven bottoms and tops (non-denim and denim categories)

• Knowledge of garment construction and costing, fabric properties, printing, surface applications (heat transfers, embroidery etc)

• Knowledge of kids wear product safety and integrity.

• Knowledge of product development, sourcing of materials, production tracking and smooth execution of orders smoothly.

• Must be tech savvy and should be able to handle ERP.

• Must be organized, proactive, efficient and dynamic in activities.

• Must be able to multi task and meet deadlines.

• Must have good presentation skills.

• Must have strong interpersonal skills to work with colleagues.

Job Location: Chandra, Kaliakoir, Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle/liaison between Factory Production & Merchandising Dept. 6

• Communicate with Customer representatives on order related issues.

• Communicate with Suppliers for raw material issues.

• Communicate with Factory Stores on raw material delivery.

• Work with Production Team on DPR and Production related issues.

• Must follow up with Planning Team on production status.
