Good knowledge of garment finishing and packing processes.
Knowledge of buyer-specific finishing and packing requirements.
Good production monitoring and coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor daily finishing activities including thread trimming, ironing, folding, tagging, packing, and shipment preparation.
Ensure finishing production targets are achieved according to the approved production plan.
Monitor finishing quality, workmanship, measurement, appearance, and packing requirements as per buyer specifications.
Follow up on finishing WIP, production flow, bottlenecks, and timely delivery of finished garments.
Coordinate with Quality, Sewing, IE, and other relevant departments to resolve finishing and production-related issues.
Maintain daily finishing production reports and communicate progress, problems, and corrective actions to management.
