Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 24 years
Good knowledge of IE practices in the RMG industry.
Knowledge of SMV, time study, line balancing, and efficiency calculation.
Good analytical and MS Excel skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct time study and method study and assist in determining SMV for garment operations.
Monitor daily production, efficiency, productivity, manpower utilization, and line performance.
Assist in line balancing, operation breakdown, manpower allocation, and production capacity analysis.
Identify production bottlenecks and support the production team in improving line efficiency and productivity.
Prepare daily IE reports including efficiency, capacity, production, manpower, and performance-related data.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and other departments for smooth production flow and achievement of targets.
