Skills Required:

Good knowledge of garment construction and sample development.
Good understanding of garment measurement, fitting, and specifications.
Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sample submission deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Coordinate and follow up on all types of garment samples such as Proto, Fit, Size Set, SMS, PP, and Shipment samples.
Review tech packs, specifications, approved samples, and buyer comments to ensure accurate sample development.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Pattern, CAD, Cutting, Sewing, Washing, and Quality teams for timely sample completion.
Monitor sample measurement, fitting, workmanship, construction, and overall quality according to buyer requirements.
Follow up on buyer comments and ensure necessary corrections are completed within the required timeline.
Maintain sample status, approvals, comments, and other necessary records and reports.
