Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 24 years
Strong knowledge of SMV, time study, method study, and line balancing.
Good understanding of garment sewing operations and production processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good command of MS Excel and IE-related reporting.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct time study, method study, SMV calculation, and operation breakdown for garment production processes.
Monitor line efficiency, productivity, capacity, manpower utilization, and production performance.
Prepare and maintain line layout, operation bulletin, manpower allocation, and production-related IE reports.
Support line balancing, style changeover, capacity planning, and productivity improvement activities.
Analyze production bottlenecks and provide necessary recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce production losses.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and other departments to achieve production and efficiency targets.
