Experience:

• At least 4 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• At least 4 years

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Monitoring & supervision of the process inspection to reduce the process fault/defects.

• Establish the process control methods and confirm the process capability of all process.

• Have to manage and assist staff in various tasks.

• Arranging /collecting the related sample/trim card/style details/standard with approval for inspection process.

• Responsible to solve the immediate quality fault/issues raised from the production process.

• Handling volume quantities, carrying out & verifying Supervisor samples, pilot runs, inline inspections, end line inspections and final inspections /quality check to ensure quality merchandise as per the buyer`s requirement.

• Controlling the inspection process in respective area.

• Implementations and spreading awareness of quality systems (e. g 7.0) on productions floor and finishing ensuring shipping of good quality product as per the customer`s requirement.

• Keep Track of Test Reports of Fabrics and products; ensure they are within Lab testing parameters & requirement according to the customer.

• Achievement of given KPI from the Department Head Follow the quality policy & objective.

• Managing and monitoring all quality issues pertaining to respective operations.

• Ensuring that safety procedures are adhered to ISO, buyer`s compliance, 5S practice and any other international standards adopted by the company

• Analyze the daily process defect/fault/failure & take proper corrective action by finding the root cause.

• Ensure health and safety, cleanliness procedures are maintained at all times and any behaviors of subordinates that could effect the H&S risks are necessary.

• Ensure aspects that have impact to the environment by your processes is identified and reviews to meet with environmental objectives of the organization.
