Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare accurate garment patterns based on buyer specifications and technical packs.
Perform pattern grading for all required sizes.
Develop efficient markers to achieve maximum fabric utilization and minimize wastage.
Revise patterns according to fit comments and buyer requirements.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Sampling, Cutting, Production, and Quality teams.
Ensure pattern measurements and marker layouts are accurate before bulk production.
Analyze fabric shrinkage, stripe/check matching, and other technical requirements.
Maintain all CAD files, markers, and related technical documents.
Operate CAD software (Jindex) efficiently and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
