Experience:

• At least 4 years

• B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) / Industrial Engineering / Textile Engineering / Apparel Engineering.

• Candidates with relevant technical education and strong practical IE experience may also be considered.

• At least 4 years

• Age At least 28 years
• Only Male

• Experience in Woven/Denim Garments will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of SMV/SAM, Time Study, Line Balancing and Capacity Planning.

• Good understanding of garment operation breakdown and production processes.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Must be willing to work directly on the factory production floor.

Job Context

Sinha Knit and Denims Ltd. is looking for a capable and result-oriented Executive - Industrial Engineering (IE) to support factory operations through effective work study, production analysis, line balancing, capacity planning, and productivity improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Time Study, Motion Study and Method Study for garment operations.

• Calculate and maintain SMV/SAM and prepare Operation Bulletin (OB).

• Prepare line layout, machine layout and operation breakdown for new styles.

• Perform line balancing and manpower allocation to achieve optimum efficiency.

• Monitor hourly production, line efficiency, productivity and target achievement.

• Conduct capacity study and calculate manpower and machine requirements.

• Identify production bottlenecks, NPT and process losses and recommend corrective actions.

• Analyze operator and line performance to improve productivity.

• Support new style setup, line changeover and production planning.

• Work closely with Production, Planning, Quality and Maintenance teams for smooth production flow.

• Implement IE and Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen and waste reduction initiatives.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly IE reports and performance analysis
