• Data entry and reporting accuracy

• Scheduling and coordination

• Communication with internal and external relevant parties

• Excel reporting and tracking management

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications

• Good communication skills in written and spoken English

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Monitor daily inspection booking requests in the inspection system/platform

• Coordinate and follow up with vendors and buyers for inspection booking confirmations and approvals

• Maintain and update QC inspection schedules in Excel and internal tracking systems

• Ensure all QC data is accurately entered, updated, and maintained

• Prepare and update QC inspection reports as required

• Communicate inspection updates and instructions through internal communication groups

• Support QC team in administrative and coordination tasks related to inspection planning

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all inspection activities
