• Provide strategic leadership and overall direction to achieve the organization’s vision, business objectives, growth, and profitability.

• Lead and manage senior management teams, ensuring clear accountability, effective coordination, and achievement of organizational targets.

• Develop and oversee annual business plans, budgets, costing strategies, and financial targets to ensure sustainable business performance.

• Establish, monitor, and review KPIs across departments to improve productivity, operational efficiency, quality, and profitability.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with globally renowned buyers, international clients, and key business partners to strengthen and expand the business.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in operations, productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and delivery performance.

• Utilize advanced data analytics, business intelligence, and visualization tools to monitor business performance and support data-driven decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, applicable regulations, company policies, ethical standards, and other statutory requirements.

• Identify business risks and opportunities, take timely corrective actions, and make effective strategic decisions to ensure long-term organizational sustainability.

• Report business performance, strategic initiatives, financial results, risks, and major operational matters to the Board of Directors and recommend appropriate actions.
