• Strong experience in Woven Tops & Bottoms (Shirt & Pant).

• KiK Buyer experience is mandatory.

• Good knowledge of fabric, consumption, costing, pricing, and production follow-up.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of English, both written and verbal.

• Must be capable of working independently and under pressure.

• Immediate joining candidates are preferred.

• Candidates must have proven experience working with KiK Buyer. Immediate joiners are required.

Job Responsibilities

• Independently handle buyer accounts, especially KiK Buyer.

• Coordinate with the Sample Section for sample development, accuracy, timely dispatch, and buyer comments/approvals.

• Handle fabric quality, consumption, costing, and pricing.

• Follow up on the complete merchandising process from development to shipment.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Commercial, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth order execution.

• Coordinate with the Commercial Team regarding shipping documents and related formalities.

• Maintain regular communication and provide updates to buyers.

• Prepare necessary reports and information for management.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
