Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in AGM or a senior production leadership role in large-scale Woven garments factories is required.
Proven experience in managing large-scale woven garment production operations.
Strong exposure to woven tops, shirts, ladies' bottoms, and kidswear production.
Experience working with international buyers such as Inditex, M&S, Kmart, G-III, or similar global retailers will be preferred.
Ability to work effectively with top management.
Lead and oversee daily production operations across Cutting, Sewing, and Finishing departments to ensure smooth workflow and achievement of production targets (OTF-On time in full).
Develop and execute production plans, line loading strategies, and capacity allocation to ensure optimum utilization of resources and timely shipment.
Monitor sewing efficiency, productivity, and capacity utilization across all production lines and implement corrective actions to achieve operational targets.
Ensure production schedules are executed in line with T&A (Time & Action) calendars, buyer commitments, and shipment deadlines (on-time delivery).
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce lead time, minimize wastage, and improve overall factory performance.
Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards, AQL requirements, and internal quality benchmarks by maintaining effective process controls throughout production.
Monitor and reduce DHU, rework, rejection, and alteration rates through proactive quality management and root-cause analysis.
Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Planning, IE, Quality, Maintenance, Store, and Commercial teams to resolve production-related challenges and ensure uninterrupted operations.
Implement & coordinate Industrial Engineering's initiatives in production including line balancing, workflow optimization, manpower allocation, and productivity enhancement programs.
Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery, and factory resources while maintaining an optimum man-machine ratio.
Monitor production costs, material wastage, accessories consumption, and operational losses to improve manufacturing efficiency and profitability.
Conduct regular production review meetings, analyze production KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations to management for performance improvement.
Maintain compliance with company policies, workplace safety requirements, social compliance standards, and buyer audit expectations.
Develop, coach, and mentor Production Managers, department heads, and supervisory teams to strengthen leadership capability and succession readiness.
Support GM Production and COO with strategic insights, operational analysis, and improvement initiatives to drive sustainable factory growth and operational excellence.
