Responsibilities & Context:
Will be responsible for daily procurement process of all types of ICT equipment and services against user requirements.
Able to collect quotation from vendors and can do CS and work orders in ERP and share the same with the vendors through mail.
Adequate verbal and written mailing communication skills required along with basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Must have knowledge about ICT products and different services and aware of suppliers who supply them in corporate offices.
Well aware of total billing process of procurement including following up with Audit, Store and Accounts department.
Liaison with IT department's associates and offer them feedback on in house dates of the ICT materials for which PR was raised.
