• Who have the capability to conduct direct marketing in the Japanese market.
• Proficient in the Japanese language will be given preference.
• At least 6 to 10 years and preference will be given of working with Japanese Customer
• Robust problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve potential issues in product development.
• Sound knowledge of all types of yarn, fabric, garments, accessories, pattern, fit, technical aspects of garment construction, print, embroidery, washing, and other applications and processes.
• Ability to analyze retail and market trends and adjust product assortments while maintaining brand integrity standards.
• Fluency in both English and Bangla.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Sheets.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive mindset toward process improvement and optimization.
• Keen attention to detail with strong decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with costing, BOM, purchase order processing, and AQL standards.
• Familiarity with inventory management, quality control processes

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business unite Head to lead end-to-end sourcing, production coordination, and vendor development across our apparel categories. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in fabric and accessory procurement, factory liaison, and seamless execution from design concept to final delivery.

This role plays a critical part in enhancing sourcing strategies, maintaining quality standards, and aligning product development with brand and market expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for trims and accessories that align with brand goals.

• Ensure sourcing from domestic and international suppliers, optimizing cost, quality and delivery timelines while maintaining compliance with company standards.

• Prepare comprehensive reports analyzing sourcing performance, cost savings and production milestones.

• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure access to the latest materials and innovations that support the brand’s creative direction.

• Conduct ongoing research into market trends, competitor products, and providing insights that inform design choices and material selection.

• Proactively identify new materials and techniques to enhance the brand’s product offerings and stay ahead of market trends.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on design objectives, material sourcing, and production schedules.

• Managing timelines for product delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time meeting the expected quality standard.

• Responsible for identifying and tracking vendor capabilities and performance management, including:

• Evaluate vendors based on compliance, consistent quality standards, delivery timelines and cost competitiveness

• Assess and analyze vendor capacities and planning teams to utilize projections and forecasts

• Responsible for interviewing, recruiting, planning, assigning, and directing work

• Supervise the creation of samples and oversee testing to meet functional and visual standards.

• Ensure all products meet high-quality standards and maintain consistency with brand guidelines.

• Monitor material inventory to ensure uninterrupted production flow, resolve technical issues, and assist with vendor claims as needed.

• Responsible for managing the Merchant and QA team.

• Ensure timely delivery of products, manage shipment schedules, and maintain alignment with delivery targets.
