• Manage Dyeing Operations by planning and executing daily and monthly production targets to ensure maximum machine utilization and operational efficiency for timely delivery.

• Ensure Product Quality Standards by maintaining accurate color matching, controlling shade variation, and achieving required color fastness as per buyer specifications to ensure consistent quality output.

• Control Dyeing Processes by strictly following approved dyeing recipes and regulating process parameters such as temperature, time, and pressure to achieve standardized and repeatable results.

• Lead and Develop Team Performance by supervising operators and helpers, providing necessary training and guidance, and managing shift planning and workforce allocation to ensure smooth operational flow.

• Oversee Machine Efficiency and Maintenance by ensuring proper functioning of dyeing machines, identifying operational issues, and coordinating with maintenance teams for timely preventive and corrective actions to minimize downtime.

• Optimize Cost and Resource Utilization by controlling consumption of dyes, chemicals, water, steam, and electricity to reduce wastage and improve overall process efficiency.

• Ensure Compliance and Workplace Safety by adhering to factory safety policies and maintaining environmental standards to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
