• Strong experience in Sweater Manufacturing & Quality Management.

• Good knowledge of QA, QC, AQL, inspection systems, and root-cause analysis.

• Proven experience in leading and managing quality teams.

• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with international buyers and buyer quality requirements will be an advantage

🎯 Job Responsibilities

✅ Lead the overall Quality Assurance & Quality Control functions
✅ Ensure sweater products meet buyer requirements and quality standards
✅ Monitor quality throughout knitting, linking, sewing, finishing, and packing
✅ Identify quality issues and ensure effective corrective & preventive actions
✅ Reduce defects, rework, and customer complaints
✅ Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Technical, IE, Compliance, and other departments
✅ Handle buyer inspections, audits, and quality-related requirements
✅ Lead, develop, and train the quality team
✅ Monitor quality KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
