Experience:

• 8 to 12 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• 8 to 12 years

• Age 27 to 38 years

• Sewing and workmanship.

• Physical and Digital 3D fittings.

• CAD for pattern and Illustrator user would be a plus point.

• Technical Operations: Supervising and coordinating all technical operations related to garment sampling, including pattern making, sample development, fitting, and quality control.

• Pattern Development: Assist in the creation and adjustment of patterns to ensure proper fit and design accuracy.

• Ensuring Quality Standards: Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure that garments meet international quality standards and meet customer requirements.

• Leading Technical Teams: Leading factory people, pattern makers, and quality control inspectors to ensure efficient production processes and timely delivery of orders.

• Collaborating with Design and Production Teams: Collaborating with design and production teams to translate design concepts into feasible garment prototypes and final products.

• Troubleshooting Technical Issues: Identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during the garment production process, such as pattern discrepancies, and manufacturing challenges.

• Implementing Technological Solutions: Staying updated with the latest garment technology trends and implementing technological solutions to improve production efficiency and product quality.

• Training and Development: Providing training and development opportunities for technical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in garment production techniques and technologies.

• Maintaining Documentation: Maintaining accurate documentation of technical specifications, production processes, anddiscrepancies and quality control records.
