Additional Requirements:
- Age 35 to 45 years
Proven experience in a similar capacity within a woven shirt manufacturing unit.
Strong knowledge of American and European buyer quality standards, inspection procedures, and production processes is required.
Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and team management skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) teams to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with buyer requirements.
Develop and implement quality control procedures to minimize defects and ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor production processes and provide guidance to ensure adherence to quality standards at all stages.
Conduct pre-production, in-line, and final inspections, ensuring compliance with AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards.
Communicate with buyers and address quality-related queries and issues effectively.
Prepare and present detailed quality reports to senior management for performance analysis and improvement.
Continuously review and improve quality assurance processes to meet evolving market demands.
