Major duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and modify patterns for outerwear garments based on buyer specifications, tech packs, and design requirements.

• Prepare accurate patterns, grading, and marker-related inputs while ensuring proper measurements, fit, and garment construction.

• Conduct pattern correction and fit analysis based on sample evaluation, comments, and trial results.

• Coordinate with Design, Sampling, Production, Merchandising, and CAD teams to ensure smooth development and timely submission of samples.

• Ensure pattern accuracy, minimize fabric wastage, and maintain proper records of patterns, revisions, and approved specifications.
