This is a temporary role currently but can be reviewed the situation considering the performance and company need in future.

• To ensure the correct setup of  a style folder in global drive-production folder after getting order confirmation email from account managers for each and every style.

• To send booked in folder to each factory from Development folder on the o global drive as per order confirmation information.

• To complete sealer workbook for all customer after getting sealer sending email from BD & CAM Garments Techs and email the relevant UK Tech.

• To complete gold sealer workbooks for customers – ie after receiving the email from BD & CAM Quality Auditors, and need to email the completed workbook to the Customer.

• Read the Tesco approved sealer comments from UK Tech ,and if needed take the approval from UK tech for MPD size chart approval on MPD and create the data pack from customer portal & then send specific customer Approved data pack and MPD LINK for concern BD & CAM QA Manager/Supervisor top of the Sealer approval comments from UK Techs- before PPM conducted.

• To keep the sealer sending email & production sample email on global drive production folder in the correct  style folder.

• To update the factory proposed grading if needed for all customer on the customer workbook and customer sealer workbook.
