Salary: Tk. 80000 - 100000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• Age 35 to 40 years

• BBA / MBA in any discipline or B.Sc. in Textile Engineering/Industrial Engineering will get preference.

• Hands-on experience in handling the Uniqlo (UQ) account will be considered a strong advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Strong knowledge in production planning, capacity management, critical path follow-up, and shipment execution.

• Knowledge of the Fast React Planning System will be considered an added advantage.

• Develop production and capacity plans aligned with customer commitments, demand forecasts, and available resources.

• Work closely with Frontend/Merchandising, Production, Industrial Engineering, Sourcing, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.

• Lead cross-functional meetings to align priorities, resolve constraints, and drive fast decision-making.

• Handle highly critical and demanding customers with short lead times and frequent changes.

• Proactively assess risks related to delivery, capacity, materials, or productivity and communicate mitigation plans early.

• Respond rapidly to last-minute changes, order fluctuations, and operational disruptions.
