Responsibilities & Context:

• Lead technical problem-solving and quality improvement initiatives by investigating post-production critical quality issues, analysing defect trends and customer complaints, identifying root causes and process gaps, and ensuring effective implementation of sustainable corrective and preventive actions.

• Manage technical issue resolution through a structured problem-solving cycle by identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, standardising proven solutions, and documenting them to prevent recurrence and drive continuous improvement in the future.

• Identify process gaps and suggest improving SOPs, process controls, technical standards, and best practices based on investigation findings, customer requirements, and operational performance trends. 

• Attend technical risk assessments during development and pre-production stages and provide technical consultation by evaluating technical feasibility, identifying potential risks, and working with cross-functional teams (i.e., Product Development, Production, Washing, Merchandising, and Quality teams) to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth bulk production.

• Develop and sustain technical capability across all manufacturing units through technical knowledge management, coaching, training, and best-practice sharing to promote technical excellence and process discipline.
