• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.

• Strong experience in buyer communication, order execution, and product development.

• Sound knowledge of woven/knit garments, fabrics, trims, accessories, and garment construction.

• Strong understanding of the T&A (Time & Action) calendar, order follow-up, and shipment planning.

• Ability to handle sample development, costing, price negotiation, and order confirmation.

• Experience in working with international buyers and understanding buyer-specific requirements and compliance standards.

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and relevant merchandising/ERP systems.

1. Order Management: Manage orders from product development, costing, and order confirmation through production and final shipment.

2. Buyer Communication: Maintain effective communication with buyers/buying offices and ensure timely follow-up on approvals, comments, and order updates.

3. Product Development: Coordinate development of samples, fabrics, trims, accessories, lab dips, and other product requirements as per buyer specifications.

4. T&A & Production Follow-up: Prepare and monitor T&A calendars and closely follow up with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery.

5. Costing & Negotiation: Prepare accurate costing, negotiate prices where required, and ensure commercial viability of orders.

6. Quality & Compliance: Ensure products meet buyer specifications, quality standards, and required compliance throughout the order execution process.

7. Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate effectively with sourcing, production, quality, planning, commercial, and other relevant departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution.

8. Risk & Performance Management: Identify potential risks, take corrective actions, maintain order records/reports, and ensure achievement of quality, delivery, and commercial targets.
