Responsibilities & Context:
•Manage and coordinate the Performance Management System (PMS), including KPI development, target setting, performance appraisal cycles, and performance analytics.
•Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning, talent reviews, employee development, and capability-building programmes.
•Coordinate and facilitate Learning & Development (L&D), employee engagement, wellness initiatives, and organisational training programmes.
•Prepare and analyse HR reports, dashboards, presentations, and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
•Collaborate with the Head of Leadership and cross-functional teams to implement Talent Management & Development initiatives and perform other assigned responsibilities within the function.
