Additional Requirements:

• Age 35 to 40 years

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.

• Quality management certifications such as Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor can be added as advantages.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Lead overall QA operations and manage sewing, finishing, and QA teams to achieve KPIs.

• Maintain quality standards and coordinate with production teams for smooth operations.

• Ensure PPS and bulk approvals meet tech pack and customer requirements.

• Coordinate with development and production teams to resolve quality issues.

• Implement quality control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Monitor production processes, audits, training, and team performance.

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure quality and on-time shipment.
