Responsibilities & Context:
Manage documents related to the sales procedure including PI, LC, Shipping documents, bank documents etc.
Identify customer needs and coordinate with relevant internal teams to fulfil the same and establishing new business relationships with potential customers and maintaining sound relationships with existing customers.
Maintain smooth communication with internal & external customers.
Regular visits to customers/ liaise with the correct personnel to make sure the growth of the business.
To assist performing market analysis and research on the latest trends.
To support marketing campaign planning and execution
To perform a monthly marketing plan for next month.
To ensure an effective market visit for the proper execution of marketing activities.
To prepare & monitor lead reports.
