Job Overview
100% Export Oriented Company is looking for a creative and passionate Junior Designer / Designer to support fashion product development based on customer requirements, global trends, and market insights. Experience in Activewear, Swimwear, Kidswear, or Adult Loungewear will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and contribute innovative fashion designs based on customer requirements and market trends.
Work in one or more of the following categories: Activewear, Swimwear, Kidswear, and Adult Loungewear.
Assist the design team in preparing for upcoming customer visits and ensure timely completion of design-related activities.
Understand customer handwriting and translate customer requirements into commercially viable product concepts.
Conduct trend, market, and competitor research and incorporate relevant global fashion trends into product development.
Generate new design concepts and contribute creative ideas to enhance the product range.
Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, Technical, and other cross-functional teams.
Prepare design presentations and related documents using relevant software.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely delivery of assigned design activities.
Support knowledge transfer and continuity of design activities within the team.
