• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing

• Age At least 24 years

• Basic knowledge of fashion/apparel design and product development.

• Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop will be an advantage.

• Creative mindset with good attention to detail.Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.

100% Export Oriented Company is looking for a creative and passionate Trainee Designer (Kids Wear) to join our Design Center. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build their career in fashion design and product development within a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in brainstorming sessions, mood board development, layouts, and design concepts.

• Support the preparation and updating of tech packs, including technical drawings.

• Follow company and client brand guidelines in all creative outputs.

• Participate in creative meetings and contribute new design ideas.

• Coordinate with senior team members and incorporate feedback into design development.

• Work closely with the Design and Marketing teams for smooth execution of design activities.

• Participate in fit sessions and assist in making adjustments to patterns and prototypes.

• Maintain design samples, archives, and studio organization.

• Support the team in research, trend analysis, and product development activities.
