• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• Must possess a recognized Project Management Certification such as PMP or equivalent.

• Strong knowledge of Project Management

• Technical Engineering expertise (MEP systems)

• Planning, coordination, and execution monitoring skills

• Analytical ability for BOQ and costing

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Experience in industrial/factory project engineering will be preferred

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines effectively

Job Context

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating Project Engineering (MEP) activities for factory and infrastructure development projects. The position will support project planning, technical coordination, execution monitoring, contractor/vendor coordination, and timely resolution of engineering-related issues to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, within approved timelines, and as per required technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

1.      Develop and review MEP design and drawing understanding for all projects

2.      Ensure proper mechanical understanding of factory machines and systems

3.      Prepare BOQ estimation (MEP works)

4.      Follow up project MEP updates before execution phase

5.      Handle planning, costing, and scheduling of all MEP works

6.      Coordinate and monitor execution team for smooth project implementation

7.      Prepare and maintain Gantt charts for project tracking

8.      Communicate and follow up with consultants regarding all MEP-related works

9.      Ensure effective execution of project management activities

10.   Support overall project planning and technical decision-making
