Job Highlights

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site interior construction, woodwork, ceiling, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works according to approved designs.

• Read, interpret, and work directly with AutoCAD drawings, floor plans, elevations, and working details.

• Coordinate with project designers, sub-contractors, craftsmen (carpenters, electricians, painters, tile workers), and vendors to maintain quality standards.

• Conduct site measurements, check layout alignments, and ensure work is executed as per Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and schedule.

• Maintain site daily progress reports (DPR), material receiving records, and report updates regularly to management.

• Ensure safety compliance, clean site conditions, and efficient material usage to prevent wastage.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering / Architecture. (Experience can be prioritized over degree for highly skilled candidates).

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year(s) of practical experience in Interior Fit-out / Interior Site Engineering.

Additional Requirements

• Age: 22 to 32 years

• Hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) is mandatory.

• Good communication and team leadership skills to handle site workers and vendors smoothly.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.

• Willingness to travel across various project sites within the city if required.
