Job Context

Style My Space Interior is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating architectural concepts into high-quality, realistic 3D interior and exterior renders. This role bridges creative design with practical execution, requiring a strong understanding of materials, estimating, and occasional on-site supervision to ensure our vision comes to life accurately.

Job Responsibilities

3D Visualization & Architectural Design

• Create highly detailed, photorealistic 3D interior and exterior renders using SketchUp and other rendering software.

• Develop precise 2D architectural layouts, floor plans, and working drawings utilizing AutoCAD.

• Formulate compelling design concepts, material boards, and color schemes based on client requirements.

Project Estimation & Documentation

• Prepare accurate project Estimating and Costing sheets, including Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for interior and exterior projects.

• Maintain proficient office computer skills to manage design files, documentation, client presentations, and regular project spreadsheets.

Site Execution & Supervision

• Conduct periodic site supervision to monitor work progress, ensuring the construction matches the approved 3D designs and technical drawings.

• Coordinate effectively with site contractors, vendors, and laborers to resolve design discrepancies on-site.
