Experience:

• At least 5 years

• JSC / JDC / 8 pass

• At least 5 years

• Age At least 20 years

• Able to work under pressure.     

• Excellent skill in both Bengali & English typing.      

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Operate the tower crane safely and efficiently for lifting and shifting construction materials and equipment.

• Conduct pre-operation inspections of the crane, including brakes, controls, wire ropes, hooks, limit switches, safety devices, trolley, slewing mechanism, and other critical components.

• Verify that the crane is in safe operating condition before commencing lifting operations. Check the load weight and lifting radius to ensure that the planned lift is within the crane's rated capacity and approved load chart.

• Lift, move, and accurately position materials such as reinforcement bars, formwork, concrete buckets, steel members, blocks, and other construction materials.

• Follow signals and instructions from the authorized signalman/banksman or lifting supervisor during lifting operations. Maintain clear communication with the signalman and other members of the lifting team using approved hand signals or communication devices.

• Ensure that loads are properly secured and balanced before lifting. Never lift loads over unauthorized personnel or areas where people are not permitted.

• Maintain safe clearance from buildings, scaffolding, power lines, other cranes, and site structures. Ensure that the crane's working area and lifting path are clear before moving the load.

  Report any abnormal noise, vibration, brake problem, wire rope damage, hydraulic/electrical fault, or malfunction of safety devices immediately to the supervisor.

• Carry out routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic operator-level maintenance as required.

• Maintain the crane operation log, including operating hours, inspections, lifting activities, faults, and maintenance records.

• Properly secure and shut down the crane at the end of the working shift according to the manufacturer's instructions and site procedures.
