Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 28 years
  • Strong technical knowledge of ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, or equivalent structural design software.

  • Practical knowledge of RCC and Post-Tensioned (PT) structural design and analysis.

  • Good understanding of BNBC, ACI, ASCE, PTI, and other applicable design standards.

  • Strong analytical, technical review, and problem-solving skills.Good coordination and communication skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Coordinate and monitor RCC and Post-Tensioned (PT) structural design activities for the Hotel Project to meet project requirements, quality standards, and applicable codes.

  2. Work closely with structural consultants, PT specialists, architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and site teams to facilitate proper integration of structural works with other project disciplines.

  3. Review structural designs, calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical submissions prepared by consultants to identify technical issues and follow up on necessary revisions.

  4. Provide technical support in the design and analysis of RCC and PT structural elements, including slabs, beams, columns, shear walls, and foundations to develop safe, practical, and constructible solutions.

  5. Review PT tendon layouts, stressing details, anchorage arrangements, reinforcement drawings, shop drawings, and construction details to verify consistency with approved structural designs.

  6. Assist in resolving RFIs, design changes, site modifications, structural openings, and other technical issues to facilitate timely solutions during project execution.

  7. Monitor structural works at site, including reinforcement, PT installation, stressing, grouting, formwork, and construction joints to support compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

  8. Follow up with PT contractors on tendon installation, stressing operations, elongation records, anchorage systems, and grouting to support proper execution and quality control of PT works.

  9. Contribute to design optimization, value engineering, quantity estimation, and technical evaluation to develop cost-effective structural solutions while maintaining safety and project requirements.

  10. Maintain records of design submissions, drawings, revisions, approvals, technical correspondence, and site-related structural issues to support proper documentation and effective project execution.
