Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct land, topographical, and construction surveys to ensure accurate site measurements and project execution.
Perform setting-out, leveling, alignment, and measurement works to ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings and specifications.
Establish survey control points, benchmarks, coordinates, and reference lines to maintain accurate positioning throughout the project.
Operate Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and other surveying instruments to obtain precise measurements for construction activities.
Verify construction dimensions, elevations, coordinates, and alignments to ensure compliance with approved drawings and design requirements.
Interpret civil and structural drawings to accurately transfer design coordinates, levels, and dimensions to the construction site.
Record survey measurements, field data, coordinates, and as-built information to maintain accurate and traceable project documentation.
Monitor ongoing construction works through regular surveying to identify deviations and facilitate timely corrective actions.
Calculate quantities, levels, distances, and coordinates to support accurate measurement and execution of civil works.
Coordinate with Civil Engineers, Site Engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of survey-related activities.
Prepare survey reports, measurement sheets, and as-built survey data to support project documentation and handover requirements.
Maintain surveying instruments and equipment to ensure their accuracy, reliability, and proper functioning.
