Responsibilities & Context:

• Leading the planning, scheduling and monitoring of projects from start to completion, including preparing the baseline program and keeping it updated.

• Performing prospective and retrospective delay analysis using engineering software. (e.g. Primavera P6 Professional v25 / Claim Digger / XER Toolkit)

• Tracking progress against the plan, analyzing variances, and preparing progress reports, performance indicators and dashboards for management and stakeholders.

• Identifying critical activities and project risks, their causes, and recommending recovery plans.

• Carrying out critical path analysis and recommending monthly mitigation and corrective measures.

• Assessing the effect of project changes, such as variation orders and site instructions, on time and scope.

• Preparing and assessing time extension claims and issuing contractual notices in line with the contract.

• Working with the Finance team to verify costs arising from project delays.

• Monitoring approvals from government authorities and utility agencies and reporting their impact on the project.

• Presenting project progress and risks at stakeholder meetings.

• Supporting dispute resolution through documentation and analysis.
