Payloader Operator

Able to work under pressure.     

Excellent skill in both Bengali & English typing.      

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Operate the Payloader to load and unload materials such as sand, soil, aggregates, etc.

Maintain proper stockpile management and prevent material contamination.

Perform daily inspection and routine maintenance checks of the Payloader (oil, coolant, hydraulic level, tire condition, etc.).

Ensure safe operation by following all company and site-specific safety rules.

Coordinate with site supervisors, batching plant, truck drivers, and ground workers for smooth workflow.

Keep the equipment clean and report mechanical issues or malfunctions promptly.

Avoid unnecessary fuel consumption and maintain fuel and operation logbooks.

Maneuver the Payloader safely in confined spaces and around workers.

Ensure accurate weighing and proper loading to avoid overloading trucks.

Follow emergency operating procedures when required.

Perform other duties assigned by the Management as and when required.
